Was craving for seafood, so i cooked up some seafood rolls for brunch- crab, prawns & garlic stuffing with tobiko roe and mentaiko sauce, with pan fried salmon & chips. Also made a garlic herb compound butter to go with the salmon.

Made a breakfast stack for brunch today- Soft toasted brioche, grilled zucchini, tomatoes, bacon, creamy scrambled eggs & fried ham bits. (with little pretzel sneaking in the corner🐶)
